My experience of healthy me program was really good. First 3 days were little tough in getting used to new diet routine but it wasn’t that bad. Basically it helped me to stop eating between meals. One special thing I found here was the exercise which basically helps in balancing of 5 elements of the body. I feel my flexibility has increased. I lost my 3 kg and .5 inches on abdomen area during this week. The best part is – it helped me get into disciplined routine since I’m really bad in following timetable . Here they provide program report chart which we need to fill everyday , that helps a lot.
Over all this week was amazing and I have enrolled for next whole month and I can’t wait to see the results after full month program ????????????????
