This is my first practice in the group for continous 21 days ,fixed time and fixed place.Before starting I was thinking how can I sit for an hour in meditation but from the very first day it was sooo interesting that 40 to 55 minutes are like 5 to 10 minutes. on 3 and 4 day some blockages were removed .I learnt to work on my innerself and felt glimpses of inner peace.Every day meditative experience is different.. it is an awsome……
